These paintings and mixed media works are layered acrylic paint and epoxy art resin.  I also use wax pencils, tapes, and metallic grit and powders in some paintings.  I build up lots of texture in the more organic pieces.  I paint on 1.5 inch wooden cradles. Most paintings are designed to be hung horizontally or vertically.
